Nice room and particularly good bathroom with hairdryers, a shower cap and towels. Heated pool, parking on-site. Had free Wi-Fi in public areas. Location close enough to spectacular mountains and the restuarant and Reception / Restaurant. Also, in the near future can be shops near by...

Scenery,
Heating system in the room, the bed was bad, the shower in the bath is pathetic, food did not justify the rate nor the room,

Friendly staff especially in the dinning room.
Our first room did not have a private balcony. The bed was so bad that you could see the sinking middle before even lying on it. Huge gap under the door. Wind came howling in. No curtain in the bathroom window and night light came pouring in. Second room very poorly decorated. No hot water at 9:30pm. Workman started work at 2:30am, dropping poles and making huge noise outside our bedroom window.

Staff friendly, great "home cooked food", revamp is a "work in progress" at this stage and is a major improvement.
